ClientSurveys.ca believes that our Survey Owners and their respondents have an inalienable right to privacy. We protect your privacy and anonymity by adhering to these standards. We recognize that some of the information we request from you is personal and sensitive, and requires trust on your part. ClientSurveys.ca is committed to its policy of protecting the privacy and confidential information of both Survey Owners, who register to build and deploy surveys and those who respond to and answer surveys. Who We Are
ClientSurveys.ca is owned and operated by InfiNet Strategies Inc. We are a survey liaison between the Survey Owner (our client) and the Respondent (their clients).
Information We Collect
We collect the personal identifying information (name, address, phone number, and email address) that Survey Owner voluntarily provide to us during registration, as well as the necessary billing information required to complete the transaction. We also collect information via surveys.
Survey Submitted through our Site
We do not censor the questions or messages in the surveys or the invitations to take surveys that Survey Owner may put forward, nor do we censor the responses Respondents may provide. The Survey Owner of a survey is solely responsible for the subject matter and contents of the survey invitation and survey in which Respondents participate, and Respondents are solely responsible for the contents of your response.
Survey Owner are bound by ClientSurveys.ca Terms of Agreement which states that they have agreed that they have an ongoing business or personal relationship or they've obtained consent to send emails to survey respondents. If you feel you have been surveyed without proper permission, please send questions to misuse@ClientSurveys.ca.
How We Use Your Information
We use Survey Owner’s personal information to communicate with them at times, to establish individual accounts protected by a password the Survey Owner selects and to compile an accurate statistical "picture" of those Respondents who respond to surveys. ClientSurveys.ca may also use the email address supplied in the registration process to confirm registration, and to send notices and updates to Survey Owner’s concerning the services and the site.
How We Secure Your Information
ClientSurveys.ca has security measures in place to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information.
Storage of Personally Identifiable Information
ClientSurveys.ca stores all information of Survey Owner and survey respondents in secure databases protected by passwords as well as database and network firewalls to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of this information. While no security systems are infallible, ClientSurveys.ca will periodically review and update security measures to insure the best possible protection for all.
Further more, Survey Owners access surveys they have built and their results/data through their individual accounts protected by a password they have selected. ClientSurveys.ca will not use any such information without a Survey Owner’s express permission through an email authorization. Survey Owners surveys and their results/data will be stored in the Survey Owner 's individual account for no more than 90 days from the launch of the Survey Owner 's survey. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information
All ClientSurveys.ca does is send surveys to respondents on behalf of Survey Owners. ClientSurveys.ca sends these surveys without disclosing any personally identifiable information on its survey respondents. Demographic information on respondents that a Survey Owner may require is disclosed only in aggregate form.
Respondents should be aware, however, that in responding to surveys or survey invitations that they may be disclosing their own personally identifiable information to Survey Owners. The security and privacy protections in place on this Site and through the Service do not cover this type of transfer or disclosure of personal information. Respondents responding to surveys or survey invitations are solely responsible for the content of their responses.
Who We Share Your Information With
In respect of both Survey Owners and survey Respondents, we don't share any information that personally identifies you with any business, client, or business partner. ClientSurveys.ca does not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Collection/Disclosure of Owner Information
When Survey Owners enter email information for survey respondents or establish email lists, that information remains untouched and private in their account. Their password protects that information. ClientSurveys.ca never discloses that information without express approval first. However, if the Terms of Agreement are breached, ClientSurveys.ca will report such conduct to the appropriate authorities and turn over any and all information, including personally identifying information, to appropriate persons or entities.
Control of Survey Information
Survey Owners may also update or delete their information at any time. If so, we will not keep any personally identifiable records concerning you unless required to do so by law. Please also be aware that if this request is made, you will be unable to access or use the account you previously created and its associated content, including personally identifiable information respondents may have disclosed to Survey Owners in responding to surveys.
Privacy For Children Under 14
In compliance with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not accept registrations from children under 14. We ask that minors do not submit any information about themselves and that they not use this Site. We do not directly advertise or market to children. Anyone using this Site or the Services warrants and promises that they are 18 years of age or older. Survey Owners may survey children under 14 ONLY with their parents' consent.
Use Of Internet Technology
We make every effort to preserve user privacy. It is possible, in rare instances, that your personal data might need to be disclosed, if required by law and if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or a legal process served on our website. If this should ever occur, we will attempt to notify you in advance so that you can take legal action to protect your personal information.
However, if we believe Survey Owners have breached the Terms of Agreement, especially with regard to transmitting, publishing or distributing pornographic, obscene, offensive, threatening, harassing, libelous, hate-oriented, harmful, defamatory, racist, illegal or otherwise objectionable materials or content, we will report such conduct to the appropriate authorities and turn over any and all information, including personal identifying information, to appropriate persons or entities.

Notification Of Changes
We will notify Survey Owners by email before the policy is changed and give you a chance to opt-out. (see Control of Survey Information)
